Thank you for shopping with Plush Phashions. We strive to do everything that we can in hopes that your purchase is everything that you thought it would be. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to exchange or refund any item(s). ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Orders can not be modified or canceled once they are processed. 

Damaged / Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us within 48 hours at plushphashionsmedia@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event that the item you ordered is no longer in stock, we will issue a store credit (excluding shipping cost) for the item in question.  Please allow 3-5 business days to complete this process.
