Shipping policy
We are committed to shipping your order as soon as possible. Even though unscheduled events may occur, rest assured that our team is working on your behalf to get you your order. Currently, we only offer Standard Shipping in the United States through the United States Postal Services (USPS). Unfortunately, we DO NOT ship internationally at this time. Once your order has shipped, please allow 3-5 days to receive your order. Refer back to your shipping confirmation to track your package.
The standard shipping rate for orders below $99 is a flat fee of $10. All orders above $99 will ship for free.
Shipping times may vary and are only an estimate. Once your order is in the possession of USPS, unfortunately we have no more control over the timing to deliver your order. If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order please contact us at plushphashionsmedia@gmail.com and we help as best we can, but you will find it more beneficial to contact the carrier directly. Plush Phashions is not responsible for delays with USPS, lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim, please contact the USPS via telephone at 1-800-275-8777 or use this link, https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
Undelivered / Rerouted Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address and all contact information is correct when placing your order. If an address error is made while placing an order, please contact us immediately at plushphashionsmedia@gmail.com.
If your order is returned to our warehouse, we will attempt to contact you within 24 hours via email and/or telephone about your order. In the event that we are unable to contact you, your money will be refunded via Plush Phashions E-Gift Card. There is a 10% restocking fee for all undelivered packages returned to us. Please ensure all contact information is correct when placing your order.
